About Us

Ms. Couteau works as a counselor and psychotherapist. She has completed a DEUG and Licence in Art History with a specialization in Contemporary Art at the University of Sorbonne in Paris, France. She has then had a career change and completed a Bachelor in the Science of Psychology as well as a postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology at the Hellenic American University. Ms Couteau is a licensed psychologist and also a certified RECBT therapist by the Hellenic Institute of Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavior Therapy of Athens, Greece.

Ms Couteau is currently also a Consulting Psychologist and Specialist at Learning and Wellness

Her Master’s thesis investigated the relation between pornography use and sexual aggression in Greece. Furthermore, she is currently conducting research on the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on mental health.

Ms Couteau also cooperates closely with a psychiatrist regarding cases that might need referral or medical treatment.


Ms. Couteau is a native speaker of French, Greek and has an excellent level in English.
